Legal support services in Dubai

Court, rental and labour matters in Dubai run on paperwork, and most of it has to be in Arabic. Global Sky PRO prepares, types and translates your documents and guides you while you file them yourself; we are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.

Overview

Paperwork support, not legal representation

Most disputes in Dubai start with an online form, an e-filing account and a bundle of supporting documents. Dubai Courts, the Rental Dispute Center (RDC) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) each run their own portal, with their own document rules and fees. Getting the bundle right the first time saves you returned submissions, repeat visits and lost days.

That is where we come in. We work out which authority handles your matter, list the documents it expects, type your forms and statements, and arrange legal translation into Arabic where it is needed. Then we sit with you, at our office or over WhatsApp, while you submit from your own account. Dubai Courts e-services accounts are open to individuals and companies as well as advocates' offices, so you can file as a party in your own name.

We are not a law firm. We do not tell you whether you will win, which arguments to make or whether to settle, and we never appear for you at a hearing. Under UAE advocacy law, only licensed advocates can represent clients in court. If your matter needs that, we say so at the start, and the documents we prepare go with you to the advocate you choose.

How it works

Each step shows who does what, so you always know where things stand.

  • You
  • Global Sky PRO
  • Authority
  1. Step 1: Tell us what happened

    You

Share the key dates, amounts and documents over WhatsApp or at our Bur Dubai office. A short summary is enough to start.

  2. Step 2: Identify the right authority

    Global Sky PRO

We confirm whether your matter belongs with Dubai Courts, the RDC, MOHRE, the police or another body, and list what it expects to see.

  3. Step 3: Prepare and translate

    Global Sky PRO

We type the forms and statements, arrange legal translation into Arabic, and check that names, dates and figures match on every page.

  4. Step 4: Submit from your own account

    You

You sign in with UAE PASS or your company account and submit. We guide each screen so nothing is missed or uploaded in the wrong place.

  5. Step 5: The authority decides

    Authority

The court, centre or ministry reviews the file, sets any hearing and makes every decision. We help you prepare any follow-up documents it requests.

Do you need a lawyer or a document service?

Many matters mainly need clean, complete paperwork: a rental claim with a clear payment history, a labour complaint with the contract and payslips attached, or an application for a certificate. Parties can file these themselves, and careful preparation is most of the work.

Other matters need legal judgement as well as paperwork. If the other side has a lawyer, the amounts are large, you are responding to a criminal complaint or you are thinking about an appeal, speak to a licensed advocate first. We are glad to prepare translations and organised document bundles for your advocate, but the advice and the courtroom are theirs.

Why submissions get sent back

Authorities return files for small, avoidable reasons. These are the ones we check before you press submit.

  • Documents in English or another language with no legal Arabic translation
  • Names spelled differently across the passport, Emirates ID, contract and claim
  • A rental claim with a missing or out-of-date Ejari tenancy registration
  • Claim amounts that do not add up to the cheques, payslips or invoices attached
  • An eviction claim missing proof of notice by notary or registered post
  • A complaint sent to the wrong body, which can cost time you may not have

Ask on WhatsApp
Are you a law firm?

No. Global Sky PRO is a document preparation and PRO services consultancy, not a law firm. We prepare, type and translate the paperwork for Dubai Courts, the Rental Dispute Center and MOHRE, and guide you while you file it yourself. We do not give legal advice on the merits of your case; for advice or representation, please speak to a licensed advocate.

Can you represent me in court?

No. Under UAE advocacy law, only licensed advocates can represent clients before the courts, and we are not advocates. What we can do is make sure your file is complete, translated and consistent, so you or your advocate start from solid paperwork. If a hearing is listed, you attend yourself or your advocate attends for you.

Which cases can you help me prepare?

We prepare documents for Dubai Courts case registration and court applications, Rental Dispute Center claims, MOHRE labour complaints, bounced cheque execution requests, heirship certificates, police clearance certificates and complaints to other Dubai authorities. We also draft memos from your instructions for a lawyer to review. If your matter belongs with another body, we tell you which one and what it needs.

Do I have to come to your office?

No. Many clients send documents and answer our questions over WhatsApp, then visit or share their screen for the filing session. You are welcome at our office in Fahidi Heights, Bur Dubai, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00. We work from clear copies, and we tell you if an authority asks to see an original.

How do your fees work?

Government and court fees are set by each authority and paid at cost, usually from your own account. Our service fee is separate, covers the preparation, typing and translation we agree, and is quoted in writing before we begin. We never mix the two, so you always see what goes to the authority and what comes to us.

What does a legal typing service in Dubai do?

A legal typing service prepares the forms, statements and supporting papers that courts and dispute bodies expect, in the language and format they accept. In Dubai that usually means Arabic: the Rental Dispute Center (RDC), for example, only accepts documents in Arabic or legally translated into Arabic, uploaded online rather than as hard copies. Global Sky PRO types, translates and organises your file, then guides you while you submit it yourself. We do not give legal advice.

Where can I get free legal advice in Dubai?

Dubai Courts runs a Free Legal Consultation Program with Dubai law firms that gives litigants initial advice before they file a case. Dubai Courts says it is for financially distressed individuals, not companies, is offered once for the same subject, and sessions last 30 to 60 minutes by phone or in person. You request an appointment through the Dubai Courts form. Global Sky PRO is not a law firm, so for advice on your case, this programme or a licensed advocate is the right place.

Can I attend a court or rental dispute hearing remotely in Dubai?

Often, yes. Dubai Courts offers video conference sessions so parties can attend case hearings remotely, and the Rental Dispute Center holds its hearings through a tele-litigation system that landlords and tenants join online. Keep your phone and email active, because hearing links and notices arrive there, and have your documents open before the session starts. We help you prepare the paperwork beforehand, but you or your advocate speak at the hearing itself.

How long does it take to prepare and file legal documents in Dubai?

Preparation takes as long as gathering your documents and any legal translations, so it depends mostly on how quickly you can send them. Filing itself can be quick: at the time of writing, the Rental Dispute Center states that registering a first instance rental case takes one business day. After that, each authority sets its own timetable for hearings and decisions, and no one outside the authority can speed it up, so it pays to start early.
