Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data Global Sky PRO collects when you use this website or contact us, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Who we are and what this policy covers

Global Sky PRO is a business setup and PRO services consultancy based in Bur Dubai, Dubai. In this policy, 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean Global Sky PRO, and 'you' means anyone who visits globalskypro.com or gets in touch with us.

This policy covers personal data collected through our website enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone calls, email and visits to our office, as well as the data we handle while delivering a service you have asked for. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, including government portals.

The personal data we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to do the work. Depending on how you contact us and what you ask for, that can include:

  • Enquiry form details: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in and your message.
  • Contact records: your phone number, WhatsApp name, email address and the content of the messages, calls and attachments you send us.
  • Service documents: copies of passports, Emirates ID, visas, certificates, trade license details and other papers an application needs. Some may include family or health details, for example for a family visa, and we only ask for what the specific application requires.
  • Website usage data: basic information collected by analytics cookies, such as the pages you visit, time spent on the site, your device and browser type, the site that referred you and an approximate location based on your IP address.
  • Children's data: we don't collect personal data directly from children. Where a child's details are needed, for example for a family visa or a school certificate attestation, we collect them from the parent or guardian.

Why we use your data

We use personal data for the following purposes, and not for anything unrelated to them:

  • To reply to your enquiry and explain your options.
  • To prepare a written quote that shows our service fee and the government fees separately.
  • To deliver the service you choose: preparing, typing, translating, submitting and following up on your applications.
  • To keep the financial and transaction records that UAE law requires us to keep.
  • To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
  • To protect our clients, our team and the website against fraud and misuse.

Marketing messages

We don't send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them. If you have agreed and change your mind, reply to any message or email asking us to stop, and we will.

Legal basis and consent

We handle personal data in line with UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, as it applies to our business.

In practice, we rely on your consent when you submit the enquiry form or contact us, and on the need to process your data to deliver a service you have asked for. Some processing is also needed to meet our own legal obligations, such as keeping records.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it, but it may mean we can't continue a service that depends on that data.

Who we share your data with

We share personal data only where it's needed to deliver your service or run this website, and only with:

  • The government and free zone authorities that handle your application, such as the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai (GDRFA Dubai), the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Once an authority receives your data, it handles it under its own rules.
  • Service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting, email and analytics providers. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
  • Anyone we're legally required to share it with, for example under a court order or a lawful request from an authority.

Selling data and international transfers

We never sell your personal data, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing. WhatsApp is run by a third party, so messages you send us there are also covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Some service providers, such as hosting or email providers, may store data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected to a standard consistent with UAE law.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or for as long as the law requires.

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a service are kept for a limited period so we can follow up, then deleted.
  • Client files are kept while the service is in progress, and afterwards for as long as UAE record-keeping rules require or as long as you need us to support renewals and related applications.
  • Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't used to identify you.
  • When data is no longer needed, we delete it securely or anonymise it, and we hand back original documents when the work is finished.

How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep personal data safe. Access is limited to the people working on your file, our accounts are password-protected, this website uses an encrypted connection and paper documents are stored securely in our office.

No system is completely secure, so please send documents only through the contact details shown on this website. If you're unsure whether a message really comes from us, check with us on +971 55 223 7719 before you send anything. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we'll act promptly and tell you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions set by UAE law, you can ask us to:

  • Give you access to the personal data we hold about you and explain how we use it.
  • Correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your personal data when we no longer need it or when you withdraw your consent.
  • Stop using your data for a purpose you previously consented to.
  • Restrict certain processing, for example while we check a correction you have asked for.

Limits on requests and complaints

Some requests have limits. We may need to keep records the law requires, and once an application has been submitted, we can't delete the copy the authority holds; for that, you would need to contact the authority directly. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may also be able to complain to the competent UAE data protection authority.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We use basic analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. They don't tell us who you are, and we don't use them for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work if you do. If we ever add other types of cookies, such as advertising cookies, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to government portals and other official websites so you can check facts for yourself. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, our providers or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and we'll make any significant change clear on this page.
