How it works

Official data first, then a real quotation

01

Official lists, not guesses

Your activity is matched against the lists each authority publishes, with the zone's own name and code.

02

A plan before any form

See the best fit and why, two alternatives, approvals, documents and the steps, without giving your details.

03

A consultant prices it

Prices depend on the package, visas and office, so a consultant sends your quotation on WhatsApp.

FAQs

Setup planner: your questions

Short answers here. Your situation may differ, so ask us before you decide.

Still have a question?

An adviser replies during opening hours, Mon–Sat 10:00–21:00.

Ask on WhatsApp
Does the planner show prices?

No. The cost depends on the zone, the package, the number of visas and the office you choose, and authorities can change their fees without notice. A consultant reviews your plan and sends your quotation on WhatsApp, with government fees and our service fee shown separately.

Where does the activity information come from?

From the official activity lists that each authority publishes, such as Dubai DET's business activity search and each free zone's own list. We last checked them on 3 November 2026. Zones that publish no list don't appear in the planner yet, but a consultant can still advise on them.

Is the best fit a final decision?

No. It's a starting point based on your answers and the official lists. The authority decides on every application, and some activities need approval from another body, which the plan shows wherever the zone publishes it.

What does "similar name" mean?

The zone lists an activity in the same official class with different wording. It may be the right one for you, but a consultant confirms it with the zone before you apply.

Mainland or free zone: which do I need?

A mainland company can trade directly with customers anywhere in the UAE. Free zones suit international, online and service businesses; trading into the UAE market from a free zone has extra rules, which we explain for your activity.

What happens after I send my plan?

A consultant checks your activities and the zone's rules, then sends your quotation on WhatsApp during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 21:00 Dubai time. The consultation is free and there's no obligation to go ahead.

What do you do with my details?

Your plan is saved with a private link and used only to prepare your quotation and contact you about it. Our privacy policy explains how we keep and protect your information.

The planner matches your answers against official activity lists published by UAE licensing authorities. It is guidance, not a decision: the relevant authority decides on every license and approval.
