Typing services in Bur Dubai

Letters, memorandums of association, court memos and application forms, typed correctly in Arabic and English at our walk-in office in Bur Dubai, near Sharaf DG Metro Exit 4. You bring the details, we put them in the format the receiving office expects, and you stay in control of what is submitted.

Overview

What our typing centre does

A typing centre turns your information into documents that government departments, courts and companies can process. In Dubai that often means Arabic and English side by side, fixed layouts and details that must match your passport, Emirates ID or trade license exactly. One misspelled name or a missing reference number can be enough to send a document back.

We type formal letters, memorandums of association (MOAs), court memos and application forms. Our office is at Office No. 707, Fahidi Heights, Al Mussalla Road, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, by Sharaf DG Metro Station, Exit 4. You can walk in or start on WhatsApp, and our team can talk you through it in English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Bengali.

Typing is not legal advice. We type and format what you, your company or your lawyer have decided, and we ask questions when something is unclear rather than guessing. Decisions on applications, licenses and cases rest with the relevant authority, such as the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) for mainland licenses or Dubai Courts for court filings.

    Global Sky PRO

We check which office will receive the document, the language it needs and any template it must follow, then quote in writing.

  3. Step 3: Type and check

    Global Sky PRO

We type the document and check names, numbers and dates against your copies.

  4. Step 4: Review and sign

    You

You read the draft, ask for changes and sign it, or pass it to your lawyer or partners to sign.

  5. Step 5: Submission and decision

    Authority

The document goes to the receiving office through its normal channel, and that office makes the decision.

Common reasons typed documents come back

Most rejections at a counter or on a portal come down to small mismatches rather than big mistakes. We check for these before the document leaves our office.

  • Names that differ from the passport or Emirates ID, even by one letter
  • Trade license, file or case numbers typed incorrectly
  • An English-only document where the office works in Arabic
  • Missing signatures, company stamps or letterhead
  • An old template or layout that the office no longer uses

Finding our office

Take the Metro to Sharaf DG Metro Station and use Exit 4. Our office is in Fahidi Heights on Al Mussalla Road, Office No. 707, in the Al Hamriya area of Bur Dubai. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 21:00. To check what to bring before you set off, message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 223 7719.

What a typing service won't do

Some requests fall outside typing, and it is better to say so at the start than halfway through.

  • Give legal advice on contracts, cases or company structures
  • Write the legal arguments in a court memo; our separate court memo drafting support covers turning your instructions into a memo
  • File court cases on your behalf
  • Sign documents for you or use a signature you have not given
  • Change facts or figures so they fit a form

What does a typing centre do?

A typing centre prepares documents in the exact format offices expect, such as letters, contracts, memos and application forms, usually in Arabic, English or both. At Global Sky PRO we also check details against your IDs and licenses, explain what the receiving office needs and, as part of our PRO services, submit applications through the official channels. The decision always rests with the authority.

Can you type documents in Arabic?

Yes. We type in Arabic and English, and prepare bilingual documents where an office expects both languages side by side. If you give us English text that has to be submitted in Arabic, we tell you whether it needs a legal translation by a Ministry of Justice-licensed translator first, so the final document holds up when it is reviewed.

Where is your typing centre?

You will find us at Office No. 707, Fahidi Heights, Al Mussalla Road, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, close to Exit 4 of Sharaf DG Metro Station. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 21:00. You can walk straight in, or message +971 55 223 7719 first to check what to bring with you.

Do I need an appointment?

No. You can walk in during opening hours. If your document is long, such as an MOA or a court memo, it helps to message us on WhatsApp first and send copies of your details. That way the draft can be started before you arrive and you spend less time waiting at the office.

Can you fill in government forms for me?

Yes. We prepare and type applications, including visa and residence forms, from the details and documents you give us, and where it is part of our PRO service we submit them and follow up. Decisions rest with the authority: for Dubai residence visas, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA Dubai) or the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP).

Is typing the same as legal advice?

No. Typing puts your decisions into the right format; it does not tell you what to decide. We will not advise on your rights, the effect of a contract or how to run a case. If you need that, speak to a licensed advocate, and we can type and format the documents they prepare for you.

Is a typing centre the same as an Amer centre?

No, an Amer centre handles Dubai visa transactions, while a typing centre prepares documents. Amer centres are where residents complete visa and residency transactions with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA Dubai), such as entry permits, residence visas, renewals and cancellations. Global Sky PRO is a typing and PRO services office, not an Amer centre. We prepare your application and, as part of our PRO service, submit it through GDRFA Dubai's official channels and follow up.

What should I bring to a typing centre in Bur Dubai?

Bring copies of your passport and Emirates ID, plus any trade license, earlier letters or reference numbers linked to the document. If the receiving office has its own form, template or checklist, bring that too. For company documents, bring the letterhead details and know who will sign. At our Fahidi Heights office, near Exit 4 of Sharaf DG Metro Station, we check names and numbers against these copies so mismatches are caught before submission.

Do I need UAE PASS to apply for government services?

For many online government services, yes. UAE PASS is the national digital identity and signature app, used to sign in to government services and to sign documents digitally. For example, individuals log in to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) website for attestation through UAE PASS. Set it up on your own phone. We prepare and type the documents, and you keep control of your own UAE PASS login and approvals.

How much does a typing centre charge in Dubai?

What you pay depends on the document and whether it goes with a government application. A short letter takes less work than a bilingual memorandum of association (MOA) or a long court memo. At Global Sky PRO, government fees for any application are set by the authority, paid at cost and listed on their own line, and our typing fee is quoted in writing before we start. Ask for a quote on WhatsApp at +971 55 223 7719.
