Terms and conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026. These terms apply when you use globalskypro.com and when you ask Global Sky PRO to help with business setup, PRO, translation, attestation or related services. Please read them alongside the written quote we give you.
About these terms
In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean Global Sky PRO, and 'you' means the person or business using this website or our services. By using the website, you accept these terms.
When you engage us for a service, these terms and the written quote for that service together form our agreement. If the quote says something different from these terms on a specific point, the quote applies to that service.
Information on this website
The guides, explanations and figures on this website are general information. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice, and they may not fit your circumstances. UAE rules, fees and procedures change, sometimes at short notice, so we confirm the current position for your case before you apply.
Global Sky PRO is not a law firm. We don't give legal advice and we don't represent anyone in court. If you need advice on a dispute or representation, please consult a licensed advocate. Tax decisions are made by the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), and you remain responsible for your own tax position.
We work to keep the content accurate and link to official sources where we can, but please don't rely on the website alone when making an important decision.
Authorities decide every application
Licenses, visas, permits, registrations, attestations and court or tribunal outcomes are decided by the relevant authority. Depending on your service, that may be the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai (GDRFA Dubai), the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), the FTA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Ministry of Economy and Tourism (MoET), Dubai Courts or a free zone authority.
Our role is to prepare, type, translate, submit and follow up. We can't promise that an application will be accepted, that it will be processed within a particular time, or that an authority won't ask for more documents or change its requirements. We're a private consultancy and we don't claim any special status with any authority.
Fees and payment
Every service has two separate cost elements, and the quote shows both:
- Government fees are set by the authority, paid at cost and listed separately from our service fee.
- Our service fee is quoted in writing before work starts, and the quote describes what that fee covers.
- If an authority changes its fees or asks for something the quote didn't cover, we tell you before paying or doing extra work, and any change to our service fee is confirmed in writing.
- Payment terms, including when each amount is due, are set out in your quote. We may pause work until a payment that is due has been received.
- Costs from third parties you appoint directly, such as a licensed advocate, are agreed between you and them.
Your responsibilities
Every application depends on the information you give us. You agree to:
- Provide documents and information that are genuine, accurate, complete and current.
- Tell us promptly about any change that could affect an application, such as a new passport, a new address or a change in shareholders.
- Check the drafts, forms and translations we send you and confirm they are correct before we submit them.
- Attend any appointment the authority requires in person, such as a medical test, biometrics or an interview.
- Respond to our requests, and to the authority's requests, within the time given.
- Keep track of your own ongoing obligations, such as license and visa renewals or tax deadlines, unless we have agreed in writing to do this for you.
When information is wrong or late
If an application is delayed, rejected or penalised because information you gave us was incorrect, incomplete or late, the consequences and any extra government fees are your responsibility. We may stop work on a file if we have reason to believe a document is not genuine.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds of our service fee are set out in your written quote, including what happens if you cancel before or after work has started. Please read that part of the quote before you accept it.
Government fees are not refundable by us once they have been paid to the authority. If an authority offers its own refund, for example when an application is withdrawn, that refund follows the authority's rules and timing, and we'll help you request it where we can.
Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by UAE law:
- We're not liable for the decisions, delays, requirements, fee changes or system outages of any authority or third-party portal.
- We're not liable for losses caused by information or documents you provided that were inaccurate, incomplete or late.
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business opportunities or travel costs.
- Our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Third-party links
This website links to government portals and other websites we don't control. We include these links for convenience and so you can check official information yourself. We're not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and their own terms apply when you use them. Messages you send us through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's terms.
Using this website
You may use this website for your own information. Please don't copy its content for commercial use, interfere with how it works or use it to send unlawful or misleading material. The text, design and logos on this website belong to Global Sky PRO unless stated otherwise. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute about the website or our services, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before taking a dispute to court, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies to your use of the website. For a service already in progress, the terms in force when you accepted your quote continue to apply unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
