Meydan Free Zone business setup

Meydan Free Zone is a Dubai free zone built around a digital setup process, including options for founders who live outside the UAE. We check your activity against Meydan's official list and handle the application with you.

Overview

How Meydan Free Zone company setup works

Meydan Free Zone is based in Dubai and describes its setup as fully digital, with processes and payments handled remotely. It also offers a license route for non-resident founders.

Meydan states that its license includes a flexi-desk and allows up to three activity groups, with dedicated offices available as you grow. Its official activity list is long, and many activities name an approval from another authority, so checking yours early matters.

We confirm that your exact activity is on Meydan's list, set out any approvals it needs and compare Meydan with one or two other zones if they fit your plans better.
